• Payment Information: When you purchase an Elexxa Premium subscription, payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Elexxa does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords on its servers. Razorpay provides us only with transaction identifiers and subscription status tokens.

4. Voice Data Privacy & Audio Processing

Your voice data is used exclusively to facilitate real-time language practice with the AI tutor. We do not sell your voice recordings or private session transcripts to third-party data brokers. Speech recognition is conducted on-device where supported, and text generation uses enterprise AI APIs with strict zero-data-retention safeguards for general model training.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information and learning history for as long as your account remains active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated practice data at any time via the "Privacy & Security" section in the app settings, or by emailing our support team at support@elexxa.ai. Upon confirmation, your data will be permanently purged within 48 business hours.
