1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ELEXXA ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Elexxa mobile application, web services, and AI voice tutoring tools.

By registering an account, starting a free trial, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using Elexxa.

2. Description of Service

Elexxa provides automated English language voice conversation simulations, mock interview practice, workplace roleplays, and AI-driven speech evaluation. The service is provided for educational and language proficiency enhancement purposes.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use Elexxa, you must be at least 13 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information during signup and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 7-Day Free Trial: New users receive a complimentary 7-day free trial granting access to Daily Conversations and Career/Interview practice up to 15 minutes per day. No credit card or payment information is required to activate the trial.
• Elexxa Premium Subscription: The Premium tier is priced at ₹99 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes). Premium unlocks unlimited conversation minutes, all 28+ specialized workplace and client meeting scenarios, document practice, and full analytics.
• Billing & Gateway: Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and NetBanking.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time directly through your in-app Profile Settings or by notifying our support team at support@elexxa.ai.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Elexxa to:

• Upload or speak any content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or promotes hate speech.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract speech synthesis tokens, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Circumvent account subscription quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials to multiple unauthorized parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design elements, graphics, logos, voice audio structures, scoring algorithms, and content within Elexxa remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elexxa. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elexxa provides AI-generated linguistic feedback on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our algorithms provide helpful pedagogical guidance, Elexxa does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, employment offers, or salary increments. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elexxa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
